Kinfolk Tallow Balm uses locally sourced 100% grass-fed beef tallow, from Good Family Farms in Meaford, ON. We process the tallow by rendering it in cedar leaves 3 times, to remove any beef scent that typically comes with it in it’s raw form. This gives the tallow balm a subtle cedar infused scent. My wife Allison gives it the sniff test to approve that there is no beef scent! Organic olive oil is added to give the balm a smooth consistency.
